Monoclonal Cell Line Service 
ParaTechs’ monoclonal cell line service transforms customer-provided insect cell lines with ParaTechs’ proprietary VE-technology and selects stable monoclonal cell lines for enhanced protein production from the Baculovirus Expression Vector System (BEVS).
A customer-provided insect cell line that is transformed to stably express a vankyrin gene and selects for enhanced recombinant protein production from the BEVS
• The vankyrin gene prolongs longevity of cells after BEVS infection and enhances recombinant protein expression
• VE cells are compatible with all conventional recombinant baculovirus
• ParaTechs’ Custom VE cells can replace conventional Sf9 cells with no additional work or adaptation required
